Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture items requiring freight may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Chilly's ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Chilly's account and visit the 'Order History' section to see real-time updates.
